- All households counted at the time of the 2001 Census, with four or more cars or vans. This includes access to any company car or van when available for private use. A household is defined as comprising one person living alone, or a group of people (not necessarily related) living at the same address with common housekeeping - that is, sharing whether a living room or sitting room or at least one meal a day.
