Minutes:

Councillor White declared a personal and non-prejuducial interest in the matter recorded at Minute 5 below (Charging and Use of External Funding) because he was a member of the Audit Commission and had been involved in producing the report entitled “Positively Charged” which was referred to in the Committee report.

 

Councillor White also declared a personal and non-prejuducial interest in the matter recorded at Minute 6 below (Comprehensive Performance Assessment) for the same reason and left the meeting at the start of discussion on that item.
