report submitted by the Head of Registration and Administration,
copies of the Secretary of State’s Guidance under Section 182
of the Licensing Act 2003 will be available at the Hearing together
with the Council’s own Statement of Licensing Policy. The
Sub-Committee will have regard to the Guidance and Statement when
determining the application concerned. The Guidance and Statement
are available on the Internet through <a href="http://www.dcms.gov.uk/" class="external">www.dcms.gov.uk</a> and <a href="http://www.bedford.gov.uk/r&a" class="external">www.bedford.gov.uk/r&a</a>
respectively.</p>
