\nProvided that notification has been given to\nthe Chief Executive by 12.30pm on the Thursday 17 September,\nmembers of the public may speak on any item on the agenda for a\nmaximum of three minutes.

There is a maximum time limit of 15 minutes\nfor this item with each speaker being allowed a time limit of three\nminutes provided that notification has been given to the Chief\nExecutive by 12.30pm on the Thursday add date of their wish\nto speak and the subject on which they wish to talk.

Minute no.91 be\namended to remove the name of Mr R Joint and Minute no.93 be\namended to include the following:

“Mr R Joint was\npresent and spoke to the Board on behalf of the Whitstable and\nDistrict Angling Society and made the following points:
\n\n
\ni) \nPlanning permission had been given for the clubhouse, but not for\nthe suggested windows.
\n\n
\n\nii) \nThe Society could take on the lease from the Council, but would be\nresponsible for the building itself.
\n\n
\n\niii) \nDepartments of the Council needed to work more closely together as\nin his view the last three months had been wasted.
\n\n
\niv) \nIn its current form he could not recommend the proposals to the\nWhitstable and District Angling Society.“
