Declarations of Interest of council members, co-opted members or officers in any matter to be discussed at the meeting.

(If any Member has a personal/prejudicial interest please complete the appropriate form and hand this to the Democratic Services Manager before leaving the meeting.  A blank form can be obtained from the DSM at the meeting).

Members are reminded to verbally declare their interest and the nature of it and, if prejudicial, leave where appropriate at the point of the meeting when the item is to be discussed.

The attached version replaces the original circulated with the main agenda.

The Changes are:

1 - To the "Governance of Major Programmes and Projects" disclosure in Appendix A of the AGS.

2 - A minor change in Section 3 / 1.1 - references to "citizens" have been changed to "residents"

3 - Paragraph 3.12 of the cover report (third bullet removed) - reference to the external auditor's final opinion on the accounts not having been received has been removed - it has been received and has been included on the Audit Committee agenda.
