It was reported that the Scheme for the <span class="SpellE">Ribbleton</span> Relief in Need Charity</p>

provides that its body of trustees shall include two Nominative

should be appointed by the Preston City Council.<span> </span> They serve for a period of</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">
four years and are able to be re-appointed.<span> </span> The Nominative Trustees may</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">
be, but need not be, members of the Council.</p>
