There were no declarations of interest made. The Sub-Committee received a request from the applicant to adjourn the hearing to a later date in order for outstanding issues in relation to planning permission to be resolved. Members heard representations from the applicant, West Yorkshire Police, Department of Development and public objectors to the application and resolved to adjourn the consideration of this item until 7th December 2009 in order for the outstanding planning issues to be resolved.
RESOLVED: That the hearing be adjourned to the 7th December 2009.

There were no declarations of interest made. The Members of the Sub-Committee considered the representations made in the Licensing Officers report and noted the verbal representations of the applicant and West Yorkshire Police. There had been an revision of the agreement reached between applicant and West Yorkshire Police. After considering the written and verbal evidence the Sub-Committee resolved to grant the variation to the premises licence as requested subject to the agreements reached with West Yorkshire Police, the mandatory conditions and the conditions offered in Box P of the application being incorporated into the schedule.
RESOLVED: That the variation to the premises licence be granted as requested subject to the agreements reached with West Yorkshire Police, the mandatory conditions and the conditions offered in Box P of the application being incorporated into the schedule.
