The Chair will draw attention to the evacuation procedure as set out under the  Notes.

Members who have an interest to declare are asked to state: a)The item number in which they have an interest, b)The nature of the interest, c)Whether the interest is personal, or personal and prejudicial. Any Member who is unsure about the above should seek advice from the Monitoring Officer prior to the meeting in order to expedite matters at the meeting itself.

To confirm the Minutes as a correct record for signing by the Chair.

Members are asked to agree that the public be excluded during consideration of the following item on the grounds that it is likely, in the view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if members of the public are present during consideration of exempt item, there will be disclosure to them of exempt information as defined under section 100(1) of the Local Government Act 1972.

For Members to interview candidates short-listed for the position of Head of Safer and Stronger Communities following the outcome of the Assessment Centre and Presentations of the previous day.
