Land between 157 and 161 Tomswood Hill, Chigwell, Essex IG6 2HR
Erection of a three bedroom house.
Resolved: That we Refuse Permission for the following reasons:-
1. The proposal would represent an over-development of this site, resulting in irregular shaped amenity space, whereby the configuration would not be of an appropriate scale to ensure usability and so would be detrimental to the amenities enjoyed by prospective occupants of this development and the adjoining property at 157 Tomswood Hill. The proposal would therefore be contrary to Policy BD4 of the Council’s Borough Wide Primary Policies Development Plan Document.
(Councillor Maravala requested that his vote be recorded against the above decision.)
