Any Member who is unsure about the above should seek advice from the Monitoring Officer prior to the meeting in order to expedite matters at the meeting itself.

Guy Astley-Jones, Emergency Planning Officer will update the Forum on the emergency arrangements in place locally to deal with emergencies

Alison Richard, StreetCare will update the Forum on the first twelve months of the Fly Tipping Strategy

To request the Area Committee to identify local schemes from the Task Register to be funded by the Committee’s annual allocation of £50,000 as part of the Local Transport Capital Programme 2010/11

The next meeting of the Severn Vale Area Forum is due to be held at the Thornbury Council Offices on 3rd March 2009, starting at 7pm
