The Committee welcomes members of the public to participate in its meetings. 15 minutes is allocated for questions and comments during Public Question Time/Open Session.  Further participation during the meeting is subject to the Chairman’s discretion.

 

When raising your questions or comment please aim to do so in five minutes.

 

To enable officers to undertake any background research it would be helpful if questions were submitted at least a day before the meeting.

The Committee has invited Members of the Executive to attend the meeting to answer questions on their areas of responsibility, including their decisions, plans and priorities.

 

The following Executive Members have been invited to attend this meeting:

Councillor Brenda Dowding – Executive Member for Ault Social Care

Councillor Mike Jones – Leader of the Council

 

The Executive Members will introduce themselves and their areas of responsibility and then answer any questions from members of the public or Councillors present. Subject to the Chairman’s discretion, questions dealing with the same topic will be dealt with together.
