2009/10 THIRD QUARTER BUDGET MONITOR (REVENUE) PDF 108 KB
To provide information on the Council’s net revenue spending against budget for the third quarter of 2009/10 (up to 31st December 2010).

CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE EARMARKED CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2010/11 ONWARDS PDF 144 KB
To approve the updated Children & Young People Earmarked Capital Programme 2010/11 – 2012/13.
This report asks Cabinet to recommend a capital
programme to Council on 17 February 2010. It also asks Cabinet to
refer the Prudential Indicators and the Minimum Revenue Provision
policy to Council for approval.
BETTER SUPPORT FOR OLDER PEOPLE PDF 168 KB
At its meeting on 9th July 2009 Cabinet agreed a period of consultation on a package of proposals focused upon the provision of better support for older people. Consultation took place between August and October .This report sets out the responses to the consultation and in the light of this, sets out a recommendation for an in principle decision by Cabinet.
