RESOLVED that

\n

On the balance of probabilities there is\nsufficient evidence to support that the route marked with a bold\nblack line between Points B and G on the plan in Appendix 1, has\nbeen used for such a period so as to raise presumption that it has\nbeen dedicated as a Bridleway and that this evidence has not been\nrebutted by any other evidence.

On resolving the above to approve the making\nof a Definitive Map Modification Order to show the route stated\npreviously as a bridleway on the Definitive Map and in the\nStatement.

\n

\u00a0

\n

To approve the confirmation of the Definitive\nMap Modification Order made as a result of the above provided no\nobjections or representations are made within the prescribed period\nor if any so made are withdrawn.

\n

\u00a0

\n

If any objections or representations are made\nwithin the prescribed period and are not subsequently withdrawn\nthen the order be referred to the\nPlanning Inspectorate for determination.
