Mr Julian Williams, one of the two current licence-holders for Lizard Lounge Bar & Kitchen, 186-188 George Lane, South Woodford E18 1AY had applied for a variation of the existing premises licence held under the Licensing Act 2003.

 

The applicant had applied for additional licensable activities, including live and recorded music, plus additional hours for existing activities of the supply of alcohol and late night refreshment.  The requested terminal hour for bank holiday Sundays and Christmas Eve for some licensable activities was 1.00 am.  The New year’s Eve requested hour was 03.30am.

 

The existing premises licence granted on 13 October 2008 under the Licensing Act 2003 authorised the following:
