As it is impracticable to hold a meeting\nwithin the requirements of the Local Government (Access to\nInformation Act) 1985, at the site of the planning application\nmentioned in item 6 below, TO RESOLVE that the meeting be adjourned\nfor the purpose of giving the Members the opportunity of carrying\nout an informal site inspection of the sites and that the meeting\nbe resumed at the Council Offices, Military Road, Canterbury upon\nreturn from such inspection.
