In relation to agenda item 5 (Minute 11 refers),\nAppendix 1 (the final report and bundle of evidence of the\ninvestigating officer in relation to an investigation into a\ncomplaint against a Member), was classified as exempt under Access\nto Information Procedure Rule 10.4 (7c). Members of the\nSub-Committee agreed that the public interest in maintaining the\nexemption outweighed the public interest in disclosing the\ninformation.

Minutes: \n\n \n\n \n\nThe Assistant\nChief Executive (Corporate Governance) submitted a report setting\nout the findings of the Investigating Officer in a Code of Conduct\ninvestigation into a complaint against a Member.
