To receive as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Cabinet held on 10 March 2010.

The Children, Young People and Families Scrutiny Committee at its meeting on 3^rd February 2010 considered the attached review report and agreed to refer it to Cabinet for approval; and

To consider the report of the Executive Director of Children and Family Services setting out a proposed Cabinet response to the recommendations.

The Safer, Stronger Communities Scrutiny Committee at its meeting held on 4 February 2010 considered the attached review report and agreed to refer it to Cabinet for approval; and

To consider the report of the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services setting out a proposed Cabinet response to the recommendations.

and the Borough Treasurer.

To consider the report of the Chief Executive NHS Knowsley and Executive Director of Wellbeing Services and the Borough Treasurer.
