Members are reminded to verbally declare their interest and the nature of it and, if prejudicial, leave where appropriate at the point of the meeting when the item is to be discussed

If you wish to submit an item of local concern in writing please complete the reporting sheet at the back of the agenda papers and hand it to the Ward Coordinator

Copies of the Children and Young People’s Plan Consultation documents are available from the Ward Coordinator on request.

An information table will be available at the Ward Committee meeting for any information items to be displayed. Residents are welcome to bring along any community information they would like to display.

The next meeting of the Ward Committee will be held on Tuesday 13 July, 6.30 pm, venue to be confirmed. Deadline for grant aid applications is 29 June 2010.
