\nThe Committee noted that there would be a\ntraining session following its meeting on 15 June 2010 and that\nthere would be site visits to two East Kent education\nestablishments on 27 July 2010. A tour of permitted development\nsites was provisionally scheduled to take place in October\n2010.

Mr Whiting also drew attention to\nthe reference made in the report to him being the adjoining Member\nas opposed to the joint member for the Swale Central Division with\nMr Willicombe and asked that this be\ncorrected for the record.

(2)\n \nThe Committee agreed to the inclusion of an Informative to the\nEnvironment Agency to advise of its view\nthat the control of pollution mechanisms to be employed should be\nexamined against the Best Available techniques.
