Councillor Savva welcomed the residents to the meeting, the Councillors and officers present introduced themselves.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Buckland and Murphy and an apology for absence was received from Councillor Constantinides.

Members had no declarations of interest in respect of the items on the agenda.
