(i)  The Solicitor advised the Committee that any Member of Cabinet present for the discussion on the Maltings Arts Theatre or the Cultural Services and Museums Strategy, would need to declare a personal prejudicial interest in these items.  Councillor Lusby left before discussion of these items.
