Strategy for Later Life
KCC is consulting on its Strategy for Later Life. This summarises how people in Kent want to live their later lives, and what they want from public and community services and facilities. Debra Exall, Head of Performance and Planning for KCC’s Adult Social Services Directorate will introduce discussion about the Strategy
The Edenbridge Children's Centre
The Children’s Centre in Edenbridge is one of a number of Centres being opened across Kent. Ailsa Winstanley, the Manager of the Edenbridge Children’s Centre will speak about the new Centre and its work.
The National Year of Reading
Gill Bromley, of KCC’s Communities Directorate, will speak about what the National Year of Reading involves, and why it is important to local communities in Kent.
