You are summoned to attend a meeting of the WEALDEN DISTRICT COUNCIL to be held in the Council Chamber, Council Offices, Pine Grove, CROWBOROUGH on Wednesday 28th July 2010 at 10am when it is proposed to transact the following business.

The Council will pay silent tribute in memory of Councillor Nikki Oakes who died on 5th June and Paula Moore of Customer Services who died on 9th June.

Prior to the formal business of the Council there will be a short presentation by Mr Ian Chisnall, Chairman of the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP), followed by an opportunity for questions.

To receive any apologies for absence.

To receive notice of declarations of personal and prejudicial interests in respect of items on this agenda.

To resolve that the Minutes of the Ordinary and Annual Meetings held on 19th May 2010 as printed and circulated be taken as read, confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

To receive any announcements pursuant to the Council’s Constitution, Part 4, Rules of Procedure for the Council, paragraph 2(iv).

To receive reports of the following:

(1)    Questions of which notice has been received pursuant to the Council’s Constitution, Part 4, Council Procedure Rules, paragraph 11.2;

(2)    Councillors’ oral questions.
