In accordance with the Local Code of Conduct, Members are required to declare whether their interest is a personal interest or a prejudicial interest and to give the nature of the interest itself. Members may also declare an interest when the item is considered or as soon as it becomes apparent to them. If a Member considers their interest to be prejudicial, they are required to withdraw from the meeting. If any Member requires guidance, could they please contact the Monitoring Officer or a Member Services Officer in advance of the meeting.
