Apologies for absence - as reported at the meeting.

The Chairman to ask if any Member present is substituting for another Member and, if so, to declare his/her name as substitute Member and the name of the absent Member.

To receive notice of declarations of personal and prejudicial interests in respect of items on this agenda.

The Minutes of the meeting held on 29th July 2010 are attached. To resolve that those minutes be taken as read, approved as a correct record and signed by the presiding Chairman.

To consider the following reports of the Director of Environmental Services

To make arrangements for site visits arising from consideration of planning reports (Rota Members for site visits are Councillors A Whittaker, Mrs S Martin and K Ogden)

To consider any other items which the Chairman decides are urgent for reasons given.

To give consideration under the Local Government Act 1972, Section 100 (A) (4) to the public being excluded from the meeting for the following item(s) of business (if any) on the grounds that it/they involve(s) the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The next meeting will be held on the 23rd September 2010 at 10 a.m.  at Crowborough.
