Decision of the Sub-Committee
Minutes:
The Sub Committee considered evidence both written and oral from the applicant and the responsible authority previously submitted and presented at the hearing.
We have considered the representations from the interested parties to be outside of the vicinity of the premises apart from Harrison Murray which was deemed in the vicinity. In considering the question of vicinity we noted the nature of the location of the premises, with numerous licensed businesses in the same area, so that it is difficult to ascertain that these premises would have a direct affect on those making representations.
