Reasons:
- Larger garden lessens impact and prominence of this conservatory. The similar property which had been refused has a much smaller garden and the conservatory proposed there was a similar size to this one.
- Site is at end of cul de sac off a private drive, so the public are much further away from it. It is a substantial distance from the back of the footpath.
- It doesn’t face directly onto the street.
- These factors taken together mean it doesn’t spoil the street scene
