Two vehicle proprietors had advised the Licensing Office that they would not be attending, but had requested that their representative speak on their behalf.

The Sub-Committee interviewed the drivers’ representative and it was:

           RESOLVED:
<![if !supportLists]>(1) <![endif]>That the use of magnetic plates would be permitted on the drivers’ vehicles with immediate effect, provided they had no taximeter, displayed a back plate and front window sticker at all times and were not used for school runs. The magnetic plates must be displayed at all times, with the exception of for corporate work, provided the corporate work was not an airport run, in which case magnetic plates must be displayed.
