To note and approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on 8 February 2011 (copy enclosed).

Members of the Committee are reminded of their responsibility to declare any personal interest in respect of any matters contained in this agenda, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 2000, the Council’s Constitution and the Model Code of Conduct.  If the personal interest is a prejudicial one, then the individual member should not participate in a discussion on the matter and must withdraw from the room and not seek to influence a decision in the matter.

 

To consider passing the following resolution:-

 

“That the public be excluded from this meeting during consideration of the

following item of business on the grounds that there is likely to be a

disclosure of exempt information which is described in paragraph of

Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 which is specified against

the heading to each item, and that in all the circumstances of the case the

public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in

disclosing it.”
