Minutes:
The Committee considered the report of the Assistant Chief Executive (Governance) in relation to the appointment of a Personnel Appeals Sub-Committee to hear appeals by staff in respect of dismissal, redundancy or other grievances.
The Committee noted that the political balance rules applied to the
Sub-Committee and that the entitlement of individual Groups was as
follows:
1 Conservative Member
1 Independent Member
1 Labour Member
2 Liberal Democrat Members
RESOLVED:
That Councillors Bagchi, Gillard, Merryman, S Oliver and Rigby be appointed to the Personnel Appeals Sub-Committee for the ensuing Municipal Year.
