Manager to approve\nthe application for the demolition of two dwellings and the\nerection of six two-storey semi-detached and two two-storey houses\nat 47, 49 and the rear garden of 45 Diamond Gardens, be rejected on\nthe grounds that the development would be detrimental to the local\nresidential amenity by reason of overdevelopment, intensification\nof the site and would result in correspondence had been received\nfrom the Director of Operations, Planning Service Headquarters, in\nrelation to the Committee\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s decision of 5th February, to\nrefer to the Planning Management Board an application for the\ndemolition of buildings and the erection of a residential\ndevelopment comprising one hundred and forty units, on lands 85\nmetres south of 25 <span class=\"SpellE\">Harberton</span> Park in\nrespect of which the Divisional Planning Manager had offered a\nrecommendation to approve.<span>\u00c2\u00a0</span> The correspondence indicated that\nthe Planning Management Board had considered the referral and had\ndecided that it failed to meet the criteria as outlined in the\nGuidance for Councils on the Operation of the Management Board\nReferral Procedure which had been issued to all Councils in\nSeptember, 2005 and revised May,\u00c2\u00a02007.<span>\u00c2\u00a0</span> Accordingly, the Director of\nOperations had confirmed that the proposal would not be subject to\na Management Board Referral.<span>\u00c2\u00a0</span> In addition, the correspondence\nhad indicated that a decision notice to approve the application\nwould be issued to the A consultation\nDrop-In Event was held at PLACE on</b> <b>Fountain Street</b> <b>on Wednesday 28th and</b> <b>Thursday 29th January 2009</b><b>.
