The Council has received an application to vary a premises licence to specify an individual as designated premises supervisor under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 (the Act) and the Panel is asked to consider that application
in light of an objection notice which has been received.
Resolved -
“That under Section 100 (A) (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they may involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 3 of part 1 of Schedule 12 (a) of the Act.â€
