The\nCommittee considered the report of the Executive Director of\nChildren and Family Services in respect of appeals against the\nnon-award of Assistance with Travel. In respect of cases RJ, SC,\nLK, CO and TB/GB the appellants addressed the Committee in support\nof their appeals and, along with the officer from the Children and\nFamily Services Directorate, withdrew from the meeting during the\ndeliberations by the Committee.

In\nrespect of cases CB, DT, CC, JS, CS, MA, JL, CS, EM and KN the\nofficer from the Children and Family Services Directorate withdrew\nfrom the meeting during the deliberations by the Committee.

RESOLVED \u2013

\n

\n(i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\nThat in respect of the case CB, the appeal be upheld and the request for assistance with travel\nbe approved;
