Members of the Licensing Committee are reminded of their personal responsibility to declare any personal and prejudicial interest in respect of matters contained in this agenda in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 2000, the Council’s Constitution and the Members Code of Conduct.

To consider a report from the Director of Customer Services

ASH was in attendance

The Licensing Officer led the Committee through the report.

ASH addressed the committee in support of his application.

Questions were raised by the committee and were answered by the applicant

All parties left the meeting

RESOLVED that

ASH failed to adhere to the Council’s conditions, and as a consequence resolved to give a warning with regard to his future conduct.

To consider a report from the Director of Customer Services

JLL was in attendance

The Licensing Officer led the Committee through the report.

South Wales Police representative Mr Mike Hill confirmed the caution.

JLL addressed the committee in support of his application.

Questions were raised by the committee and were answered by the applicant

RESOLVED that

The application for Hackney Carriage Vehicle Drivers Licence be granted to JLL

To consider a report from the Director of Customer Services

DJM was in attendance

The Licensing Officer led the Committee through the report.

South Wales Police representative Mr Mike Hill confirmed DJM’s convictions and additional information on DJM held by South Wales Police

DJM addressed the committee in support of his application.

Questions were raised by the committee and were answered by the applicant

The application for Hackney Carriage Vehicle Drivers Licence be refused to DJM
