Application for Hackney Carriage Vehicle Driver's Licence - ASH
To consider a report from the Director of Customer Services

ASH was in attendance
The Licensing Officer led the Committee through the report.
ASH addressed the committee in support of his application.
Questions were raised by the committee and were answered by the applicant
All parties left the meeting
RESOLVED that
ASH failed to adhere to the Council’s conditions, and as a consequence resolved to give a warning with regard to his future conduct.
Application for Hackney Carriage Vehicle Driver's Licence - JLL
To consider a report from the Director of Customer Services

South Wales Police representative Mr Mike Hill confirmed the caution.
