To receive as a correct record the minutes of the meeting of the Co-ordinating Group held on 4 July 2011.

            The minutes of the meeting of the Co-ordinating Group held on 4 July 2011 were received as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

            The Deputy Chief Executive’s representative reported that no declarations of interest had been submitted by Members.

To consider a report which provides an update on the recent activity of each Area Partnership Board.

This report will be supported by verbal presentations from each of the Chairs or Vice Chairs of the Area Partnership Boards.

            The Co-ordinating Group considered a report which provided an update on the activity of each Area Partnership Board during the third cycle of meetings.
