2007/1300/16/DCC - Submission of details of design code relating to phase 1 (new build) and phasing plan to comply with conditions 5 and 6 respectively of planning permission 2007/1300/01/OUT dated 21 September 2007

2007/1300/15/RES – Reserved Matters Application for access, appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale as stated in condition 1 as relates to development phase 1 build for 378 dwellings and associated open space enhancement and high

Erection of 3 dwellings (Class C3) with associated car parking spaces (6 spaces) fencing (max height 1.8m)

The next site visits will be held on Thursday 19^th January 2012 leaving the Civic Centre at 9 45am.
