To confirm the Minutes of the meeting of the Shadow Board held on 15 December 2011.

To receive an update on the current Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group priorities for the health of the population of Bedford Borough.

To receive an oral update from the National Learning Set.

To receive a report on the revised terms of reference relating to the Adult Health and Wellbeing Partnership and the Child Health and Wellbeing Partnership (copies enclosed).

To discuss the event proposed for June 2012.

To receive an update on the self-assessment matrix.

To consider a proposal for a new health and wellbeing website.

To agree to a compact on sustainability and carbon reduction (copy enclosed).

To receive a forward plan of items to be considered at future meetings of the Board.

To note that the Board’s next meeting will be held on 12 June 2012 at 12.30pm.
