Members are reminded that the Code of Conduct provides that should they have a prejudicial interest in any matter under discussion and providing the matter is considered in public session, they are entitled to make representations and answer questions if members of the public are granted the same entitlement. Members must leave the room before the ensuing debate and vote and must not attempt to improperly influence a decision about that matter.

Applications which, in accordance with the Council’s Constitution, need to be determined by the Committee due to the scale of the development.

Erection of 10 affordable dwellings including adopted roadways, services and external plant (to include solar panels for each individual property) (7 two-beds and 1 three-bed for rent and 2 two-beds for shared ownership)

Recommendation:  GRANT

Applications which, in accordance with the Council’s Constitution, need to be determined by the Committee because the relevant Ward Member(s) and/or Parish/Town Council have expressed in writing a material planning reason which is contrary to the Officer’s recommendation, and/or applications which are before the Committee at the discretion of the Head of Planning Services.

There are no Part 2 applications.

Proposed dwelling to replace a static caravan and demolition of existing outbuildings and erection of a building to contain garage/ storage and stabling.

Recommendation:   Refuse

To consider any business which, in the opinion of the Chairman, is urgent in accordance with the provisions of Section 100B (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.
