Minutes for Lemington Ward Committee meeting, May 24 2012, 6.45PM official page

If any Member has a personal/prejudicial interest please complete the appropriate form and hand this to the Communities Officer before leaving the meeting.  A blank form can be obtained from the Communities Officer at the meeting.

Members are reminded to verbally declare their interest and the nature of it and, if prejudicial, leave where appropriate at the point of the meeting when the item is to be discussed

A representative from Northumbria Police will attend the meeting to give a verbal update on crime and community safety issues with in the ward and answer questions from the floor.

A verbal update on the environmental issues in the ward will be provided by David Hepworth, Neighbourhood Response Manager

A verbal update will be provided by Joe Hogan, Communities Officer

The Ward Committee to note the date and time of the Festival, which is: Saturday 14^th July 2012 – 11.00am – 4.00pm.

The next meeting of the Ward Committee will be held on Thursday 26 July 2012 at 6.45 pm in Lemington Centre (Informal Meeting will be 6.00pm – 6.45pm)

Deadline for grant aid applications is 9 July 2012
