Minutes for Personnel Committee meeting, Nov 29 2011, 10.00AM official page

To record the attendance of substitute members, if any, who have been authorised to attend in accordance with the provisions of standing order 17(1), with notification having been given to the proper officer before the start of the meeting and to receive apologies for absence. 

Councillors Yvonne Constanceand Gervase Duffield had sent their apologies for absence.  Councillor Constance had appointed Councillor Alison Thomson as her substitute. 

To adopt and sign as a correct record the minutes of the committee meeting held on 7 October 2011(previously published). 

RESOLVED: To adopt the minutes of the committee meeting held on 7 October 2011 as a correct record and agree that the chairman signs them.  

To receive any declarations of personal or personal and prejudicial interests in respect of items on the agenda for this meeting.

The chairman reported that details of the council’s on-call and standby payments to staff for out of hours work had been provided to committee members for information only.  The committee noted this information.
