- This project aims to relocate the Powerhouse Library facility for young people in the Moss Side area of Manchester. The popular library will be relocated from the first floor to the ground floor of the current building, which is a shared facility. The additional space will allow for study support, IT classes, vocational courses and music activities.The library is successful in its current state, but demand for the library and its additional services are far in excess of what they can currently provide.
