- Enjoy Manchester aims to increase the play opportunities for children and young people living in the city and to give them access to local, safe places to play. The portfolio will build on and develop further existing play provision to create new play opportunities in areas where there is little or no provision and in parks and open spaces. It will also reduce the barriers that prevent children and young people accessing play activities in their local communities.
